Search a marketplace of opted-in candidates

Recruiter Shield is wired into Resume Shield's pool of anonymized, opted-in candidates. You search, filter, and send blind inquiries — candidates only see what you choose to share. Identity is revealed only when they accept.

1
Search anonymized profiles
Filter by role, skills, experience, location, and salary range. Profiles are anonymized — no names, no emails. Just career data.
2
Save searches & lists
Save your filter combinations and build talent lists. New matches surface automatically as candidates opt in.
3
Send a blind inquiry
Pitch the role on your terms. Share only what you want — company name, salary, role details — until the candidate engages.
4
Identity on accept
When a candidate accepts your inquiry, you get their name and email. Until then, both sides stay anonymous.
A
Quality signals built in
Profile completeness, ATS-score average, and recent activity surface high-intent candidates first. Stale profiles drop down the rankings automatically.
B
Privacy-first by design
Candidates control what's visible — education, certifications, salary range, location detail. They can block specific companies. They opt in once and revoke any time.
C
Zero per-message fees
Inquiries are bundled into your monthly tier. No InMail credits. No per-message charges. Send as many as your tier allows, every month.
Why this matters. LinkedIn Recruiter starts around $170/seat/month for sourcing alone — and you still need separate tools for screening, outreach, interviews, and onboarding. Recruiter Shield Scout includes the full marketplace plus all 27 AI tools for $149/month.
Four tiers. Zero seat-licence games.

What is the Talent Marketplace?
The Talent Marketplace is a cross-product feature that lets Recruiter Shield users search a pool of opted-in, anonymized candidates from Resume Shield. Candidates control what's visible (education, certifications, salary range, location), can block specific companies, and revoke at any time. You send blind inquiries; identity is revealed only when the candidate accepts. It's available on Scout and above.
How is this different from LinkedIn Recruiter?
LinkedIn Recruiter starts around $170/seat/month for sourcing alone, and the candidates aren't necessarily looking. Recruiter Shield Scout is $149/month for the full 27-tool stack — sourcing, screening, outreach, interviews, and onboarding — plus a marketplace of candidates who actively opted in. No InMail credits, no per-message fees, no separate ATS subscription, no separate onboarding tool.
What are the 5 pillars and 27 tools?
Pillar 1 (Sourcing & Screening, 6 tools) covers candidate screens, bulk screens, fraud detection, role levelling, multi-platform JD formatting, and internal transfer postings. Pillar 2 (Outreach & Pipeline, 6 tools) handles initial outreach, follow-ups, rejection emails, CV summaries, phone screens, and reference checks. Pillar 3 (JD & Comp Intelligence, 6 tools) covers JD optimization, bias scanning, salary benchmarking, technical assessments, panel interview guides, and culture fit. Pillar 4 (Interview & Decision, 4 tools) is interview kits, scorecards, talent pool re-engagement, and offer letters. Pillar 5 (Onboarding, 5 tools — new in v4) is 30-60-90 day plans, welcome email series, manager onboarding guides, new hire checklists, and employee handbook builders.
How does fraud detection work?
Our AI analyzes resumes across linguistic patterns (AI-generated text detection), timeline consistency, claim plausibility, company verification, education verification, and plagiarism indicators. Each resume gets a fraud risk score from Low to Critical. With AI-generated resumes flooding inboxes in 2026, this is the difference between hiring fast and hiring blind.
What is Live Web + X Intelligence?
Dual-source intelligence powered by Firecrawl (web scraping) and Grok X Search (live X/Twitter). Used in salary benchmarking, candidate research, company intelligence, and hiring signal scanning. Firecrawl pulls candidate profiles, company sites, and news; Grok pulls live social signals — candidate posts, employer brand sentiment, compensation discussions, hiring buzz. Available on Scout and above.
Is the JD Bias Scanner really free?
Yes. The JD Bias Scanner is free to everyone, no login required. It scans for gendered language, age bias, ability bias, and unnecessarily limiting requirements. We built it as a resource for the recruiting community.
Is this a replacement for my ATS?
For most teams, yes. Recruiter Shield handles the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. If you have an existing ATS you're locked into, Recruiter Shield works alongside it as the AI intelligence layer. ATS webhook integrations (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) ship with Agency and Enterprise.
What about candidate data privacy?
Marketplace candidates opt in explicitly through Resume Shield and control everything that's visible. Recruiter Shield processes resume data during screening only and does not permanently store candidate PII beyond your session. Designed for GDPR and PIPEDA compliance with clear data retention policies. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms for full detail.
What happened to the Recruiter Pro tier?
In v4 we sunset the Recruiter Pro tier and folded its capacity into Scout, which is now the full-toolkit individual tier at $149/month. The new structure is Free / Scout ($149) / Agency ($399) / Enterprise ($999). Existing Scout subscribers on the legacy $49 price are grandfathered until renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No clawbacks, no exit fees, no annual contracts unless you specifically request one for Enterprise.
Stop juggling. Start hiring.
